We help operating teams move past demos. Architecture, evals, model selection, agent design.
AI consulting is the work of figuring out where AI actually creates leverage in your operation — architecture, evals, model selection, agent design — and building or wiring up the systems that follow. It is different from buying an off-the-shelf AI product in that the output is a fit-for-purpose system, not a feature list. Wemersive's practice focuses on production AI: the unglamorous plumbing (evals, retry policies, observability, model swap) that turns a demo into something a team can depend on.
Augmented reality (AR) overlays digital content onto the physical world through a phone or headset; the physical world remains the primary substrate. Virtual reality (VR) replaces it — you wear a headset and the system renders everything. Mixed reality (MR) is the in-between: the headset understands the physical room (occlusion, anchoring, lighting) and lets digital content interact with it. We've shipped all three since 2012; see our XR capability for case studies.
A focused XR pilot — one device target, one to three core interactions, real content — typically runs eight to twelve weeks with a two-to-four-person team. Cost varies with capture, custom hardware, and content volume; ranges generally land between fifty thousand and two hundred fifty thousand USD. We scope tightly and quote against deliverables, not days. Reach out via /contact and we'll send a real estimate within two business days.
Agentic AI describes systems where a language model plans, calls tools, and acts in a loop instead of producing a one-shot answer. The right use cases share three properties: the task has clear success criteria, the agent has real tools (not just retrieval), and the cost of a wrong action is recoverable. We build agent systems for clients whose problems pass that test. For everything else, a thinner integration is usually cheaper, faster, and less fragile.
Wemersive does — we've been shipping XR for clients including the LVCVA, Coca-Cola, Samsung, and Punchdrunk since 2012. Enterprise training is one of the practical homes XR has found: simulation of high-stakes procedures, hands-on onboarding, and behaviour rehearsal.
